Bab Al Rayyan is an established industrial facility in Nineveh, Iraq, producing Diesel Fuel, High Sulfur Fuel Oil (HSFO), Vacuum Residue (VR), and Bitumen. As part of the Western Distribution Authority – Nineveh Branch – we play a key role in supporting national infrastructure and industrial development.
Our site is equipped with filling stations for steel drums and jumbo bags, ensuring smooth and secure bitumen packaging. With increasing production volume, our bitumen reaches markets around the world, and through our exclusive distributor Luna Energy FZE, we hold a leading position as the largest exporter of bitumen from Umm Qasr Port.
